"Bless me Father for I have sinned." Confessions have always started out like this but the sins people confessed are never the same. _____, is a new, young priest the Union of Angels Church. Today is the day when he first officially start at the church. His first job, hearing the confessions of others. But his first confessioner was not what he expected. "Today, I kill a child," a women said behind the mesh. Determin to change this women's way, he started to mettle in her affairs. Soon he startes to get tangle in a web of lies, death, and lust. Will he be able to change her ways or will he be sucked in, never to return again.

It was a chilly Wensday morning. Just yesterday it was snowing. Outside the Chruch looks like a winter wonderland. There was many footsteps in the snow but only one has a almost invisible trail. It leads up to the Chruch. It belongs to Skylar. She put away a handkerchief that has splotches of red "paint". Opening the door, a strong wind blew, nearly blowing out all the candles that lit the warm Chruch. She heads to the confessoners room to see if it was open.

Ivan waited quietly inside the confessioner room, dozing off. He didnt really think anyone would come so early to confess, but then he heard someone open the door to the church.

Skylar looks up and noted the green light that says the room was open but she wasn't sure. She open the door to the room and enters. She couldn't tell if there was someone behind the mesh. "Hello?" She asked in a quite voice.

"Hello!" Ivan greeted, trying to sound like he hadnt fallen asleep a few times. However, he couldn't remember what he was supposed to say after that. He wasnt a morning person.

"..." Skylar was quite for a moment hearing the new voice. She has memorize a large majority of the priest that worked here for a case once. The new voice threw her off. "Your new here, aren't you," she sigh.

"Yeah, this is all very new to me, place and privledge and all. This is my very first assignment," he said, beaming like a child, despite the fact it would go unnoticed.

Skylar look to the mesh, unsure what to do about this stituation. "Fine. I'll start," she said after awhile. "Bless me father for I have sinned. It has been...." She trailed off for a moment. "It has been a long time since my last confession," she picked up.

"...And what is your confession today?" He asked. In his excitement he had forgotten what he was supposed to say specifically. He hoped he said something close to what he was supposed to say.

Skylar pause for moment in hearing the excitement in this priest's voice. Not quite sure how to take it as but she decides to go with it. "I kill a child today..." She said.

This was entirely unexpected. Ivan was just shocked; he had been expecting other things, not murder. "Why? Why would you kill a child?"

"..." Skylar doesn't say anything. "If I remember carefully... You Priest are not allowed to asked the reason why or to tell the police of a person's sin," she said carefully, "Now let's move on. What is my penance?"

[Blip]

Ivan was still reeling from the shock. He really wanted to know why, but she was right, he wasnt allowed to ask..."Tell me anyway. I promise I wont tell anyone. That is your penance." He doubted she would say, but the fact she killed a child bothered him.

"Hmpt," Skylar mumbles. She thought it over. "You are quite the annoying priest. With the way you are acting you would get yourself killed. I even thought of killing you myself," she said after a long pause. She gets up and goes to open the door. Annoyed already for just being in this Chruch. There is no forgiveness. There is no justice. There is no god. Before exiting, she said over her shoulder, "It's my job."

For a few seconds he considered going after her, but he wasnt sure how serious her threat was. But killing a child...what on earth had that child done? Unless..."A child doesn't atone for their parents' sins," he said, hoping she heard.

Skylar stops, hearing what he said. She knows that for a fact but it doesn't mean he boss cares. "An eye for an eye," was all she said. "You interest me priest. Come on out and show me your face," she commands.

"An eye for an eye would make the world blind," He answered, then hesitated before answering to her command, "And why would I want to show myself, after your threat just moments ago?"

"Who can say that the world isn't blind?" Skylar said. She leans angasit a pillar the said, "Well, you don't have much of a choice do you priest? You were the one who was meddling. You reap what you sow."

"There, not so hard is it?" Skylar said. She put her hand to the side to show she has no weapons on her. "What is your name?" She asked.

"...Ivan," He answered, completely stepping away from the confession box, but staying near it.

"Interesting, I'll keep an eye on you," Skylar said. She lefts up her arms to fix her hair but a pistol fell out from her coat pocket. She quickly goes to get it.
