"Who wouldve guessed, right?" I laughed softly, kissing his cheek. "Im not going to say im Lucky, because that would mean I met you in great circumstance. Chance is more vague, and im really glad I got the chance to meet you and to be really happy and to cuddle another human I love a lot." I sighed, smiling. "I talk too much during our cuddle session. Ill just..." I wrapped my arms and legs around his torso, very slowly nuzzling his chest. "Ill just do this a few minutes..."

"but i am lucky... to find a girl as nice as you, as beautiful as you, and one i can care for more than my own life...." i said quietly, jumping a small bit when she shifted, but clenched the sheet next to me until she stopped, and relaxed ".... in a way, you saved me... in this little fairy tale of ours, its not the woman who was in trouble, twas the man..." i said quietly, whispering now into her ear, and smiled tiredly "all i thought of was the next paycheck... i fought like a demon, and did things that would make one cringe... but you saved me... even when still online, you would calm me down when i had a bad day, and you gave me something to look forward to other than a paycheck or a fight to get my anger out... Thank you, and for that, im more than willing to sit there and listen to you talk... just being near you confuses me, but it also calms me... i love you... and i dont think anything could ever stop that, or stop me from doing what needs to be done to keep you alive and well..." i said with a slight chuck, and snuggled my face into her neck, and breathed "i never thought that i would get to cuddle someone like this... Thank you...."

I slightly tilted my head back when he nuzzled my neck, sighing content. "You make it sound like it would have been impossible to eventually find someone you could mutually relax and cuddle with. Before I, well, met you in person, I was...at that point of feeling complete despair and ridiculous amounts of hope at the same time. The negative due to bad relationships, the positive due to, well, being young. I...could still find someone who would look at me and think of nice things about me, and not immediately just sex. Most of the guys were more interested... in one night stands than getting to know me a little more. So its nice to know youre different."

"if you wanted it, i doubt i would be able to stop you..." i said with a red face, rolled my eyes, and untagled from her long enough to take off my undershirt and toss it to where my jacket had fallen, removed the objects from my pockets, and put them in the lockable drawer next to us, and looked at the device on my wrist for awhile with a serious face, and switched it to my other hand, the location where it had been looking bruised and white, as well as indented, and i sat down on the edge of the bed, massaging my wrist, not sure if i wanted her to see it

"Taking you awfully long to..." my voice trailed off when I leaned over to see what he was doing and saw his wrist. "You...shouldnt wear that so tight. I know our lifes depend on it and you cant lose it, but you dont need to choke off your hand..."

I managed to hear that before clocking out, managing only a slurred "Love~"

The next morning I decided I just didnt want to wake up yet, switching between feining sleep and short naps.
