There was something unnerving about that street after a while. It really was nothing, but it was starting to scare the hell out of Ao, until eventually she was no longer holding Havi's hand. She was hugging his arm.

Havi looked at her a bit surprised. There weren't places like this back where they had just left. "Alright how about I do this until we find a place?" he asked picking her up bridal style. "You can cling to me much easier like this."

Havi walked until he found a little inn. He slowly entered and the man looked up at them. "Hello. How may I help you strangers?" he asked. "Is there a room where she can rest in?" he asked. The man nods walking with them to show them the room.

As soon as they were in the room, Ao started getting down. "Im sorry Havi...you had to carry me again..."

"Its was alright. I was no problem for me." Havi said sitting on the floor. There was only one bed in the room. "You can use the bed."

"But after you carried me and everything, I think you should sleep on the bed," Ao argued. "I dont mind the floor."

"I can't allow a lady to sleep in such a place. No more discussing it. Lay on the bed and rest." he said sitting near the window. Havi closed his eyes.

Ao sat in the bed for a while, pouting slightly before saying, "What if we both use the bed? Its big enough."

Havi glanced over at her. "I said you will use the bed. No need to give the wrong impression to anyone. Lets rest and then tomorrow we can look around for a more suitable place of living." he said with a small yawn.

"Who would we giving the wrong impression to?" After recieving no answer, Ao gave up, and finally lied down, slowly dozing off, still wondering the question.

Havi had no response to her question. He didn't wish to try and explain it. This was just how he was being an angel. Even if he was fallen and could no longer return home. He had his morals to live by.

Ao stretched as she began to wake up, and looked out the window. The sun was barely rising, so she dragged herself out of bed to the window to get a better view, careful to not wake Havi up.

Havi continued to sleep. The nightmares of where he had been for so long seemed to creep up on him. He trembled in his sleep as he gripped his shoulder tightly.

Once the sun rose over the horizon line, Ao looked over at Havi, and noticed him trembling. ...Is he cold? "Havi?" Ao whispered, going over to him and gently placing her hand on his shoulder. "Havi, are you cold?"

Havi jumped out of his sleep as he felt something touch him. He calmed a bit seeing Ao. "Oh it's you. I'm fine. Nothing to worry about." he said though that wasn't true. He had a look of terror on his face.

"But Havi, you look like youve seen something terrifying," Ao said worried, holding his face up gently, before gently brushing her hand away from his cheek. Oh, its you. "Were you remembering how they treated you? Im sorry that I startled you when I tried to wake you..."

Havi looked at her as he glanced down. "Sorry if I worried you. I was having a nightmare of sorts. I guess something like that isn't easy to forget or surpress away." he said frowning. He didn't wish for this to become a problem for Ao

She nodded in understanding. "When I was little, I watched a really scary movie and had constant nightmares for 3 years, so I know it takes awhile for really scary memories to leave you alone, or at least let you sleep at night. Maybe it would help if you talked about it? It helped me when I was having nightmares."

Havi looked at Ao. "Thank you but this isn't something I wish to share. Telling you will only make me feel worse. I'll be fine so don't worry yourself. Anyway it'll be fully morning soon so get a little more sleep if you'd like to." he said

"Im fine, Havi, I was already wide awake. But you cant go back to sleep now, your nightmare will continue where it left off."

Havi looked at Ao. He knew she had a point. He reached his hand out and pulled her close. "I won't fall back to sleep. I don't think I can." he said with a small smile. "Though if you don't kind keeping me company for a little while. That would be nice."
