As soon as the bell was rung the door started to open a blonde woman stood in the doorway her eyes like sapphires as she looked at the young men "Takeshi... Tomoe, to be exact it's been 2 years, 4 months, 3 days, and 45 minutes... but who's counting." she said hugging Tomoe she glanced his neck over before looking to Takeshi as she let them in leading them through the the house. "What brings you?" she asked as if she didn't already know.

Before entering, Aido ears twitch when he heard the woman. Thinking to himself he could tell that the woman seem to have a good memory for the time she had met his brother. Tomoe on the other hand had given her a hug and they all followed Takeshi inside. Once they were inside, Tomoe and Aido made their way over to the empty couch and sat down while they waited for the mother to come. "Takeshi...You wouldn't mind taking Aido to your room while I talk to your mom do you?" he ask as he waited for him to answer. Once he did, and Aido had followed him, he turn to face Takeshi's mother. "As of last night, my relatives were kill. I don't know who killed them but I have a feeling that it might be vampires. Your kind to be exact. So I am here to confirm if you knew anything about this..." He had ask her as he waited for her to answer him.

The woman joined Tomoe on the couch as she watched Takeshi walk along with Aido, she almost hadn't noticed him until he took a quick glance back at the two before tagging along with Takeshi. "Hmm... Interesting, little brother I assume?" She shifted in her seat as she looked toward Tomoe "Yes, I'm quite aware of the indecent... for the aroma was mouthwatering." She stated referring to the scent of blood "My kind?" she asked arching up an eyebrow "I take that to offence, my kind would never leave such a massive trail of blood... beside it'd be a waste of protein." Leaning back she sighed "but I won't lie and say it wasn't my kind."

Before Tomoe's questions were answered, Tomoe noticed that Takeshi's mother had ask him a simple question.

"Hmm... Interesting, little brother I assume?"

"Ah yes, he's my little brother who's a few years younger than me..." He told her nodding his head slightly. "I forgot to mention, that he was living with my relatives at the time of the incident. So as of now, I don't know how he took it all in..." Tomoe explained not sure how his younger brother had taken the incident so thoroughly. When the question was answer, he saw how Takeshi's mother was concern about the incident. Sighing lightly he knew that usually vampires wouldn't leave any blood behind, however she was wrong.

"I would have to agreed with you on that, but I just thought that it might be your kind unless the specie itself is multiplying within their genes? Maybe he/she couldn't resist the scent of blood and you know, end up doing that?" He said once more explaining that, that might be another explanation to what happen to his relatives.

Meanwhile, Aido had walked behind Takeshi without saying anything. It had been mere minutes when he entered into Takeshi's old room. Entering the door, he came to a stop as he saw his room. Seeing that Takeshi had kept his room nice and tidy along with some pictures hanging on the wall with his brother. Coughing slightly, he turn to face Takeshi. "Um...Takeshi, I don't want to sound rude to you, but are you obsessed with my brother, Tomoe?" he ask tilting his head to the side. "Y-You don't have to answer if you don't want to. It's only my opinion..." He told him once more.

Takeshi's mother listened intently while Tomeo spoke although her eyes were fixated on the hall Takeshi and Aido left through she hasn't even noticed the boy outside which made her curious.

" I don't know how he took it all in..."

She fixed her gaze onto Aido as the room began to fade colors soon everything was illustrated through her eyes in black and white, due to her eyesight she she was able to see things differently than what any human could see. She glanced Tomeo over who had a green light emerging from his body... His aura, everything seemed in sync so she focused on her son his aura was blue but she noticed how parts of his aura were darkened. She then looked toward Aido and saw nothing as if he didn't have an aura but that couldn't be right he couldn't survive without one, it was astounding. If she could sense his aura then she would try to find out what was going on his head, as she tried this she heard mutters that began to turn into voice but she was let down as she realized the voices she was hearing wasn't Aido's thoughts but much rather Tomoe and Takeshi's she tried to silence them but they only grew louder drowning out Aido's thoughts. As she looked back to Tomeo her concentration was broken and the color began to rejuvenate, she sighed heavily.

"Oh believe me I would hate for them to figure out how to repopulate but it's been kept a secret for centuries I doubt they would know. Poor thing was probably staving, if I had been going as long as he had without blood I would have slaughtered the whole town" she replied already giving away that it was male.

Once Takeshi opened the door to his room he let Aido in and glanced around for himself almost forgetting what it had looked like the day that he had left, he looked toward Aido before a slight smirk tugged his lips "when I was little my father had me homeschooled I knew anyone other than my mother and father, your bother was the only friend I had... So I guess you could say I was obsessed " he replied with a chuckle.

After talking and finishing up his sentences, he came to a stop when he noticed how hard the mother was focusing on the wall. Tilting his head a bit to the side to see what she was so focused on, he decided to let her do what she pleases. Maybe it might help solve the situation that they were in that is until he heard her.

"Oh believe me I would hate for them to figure out how to repopulate but it's been kept a secret for centuries I doubt they would know. Poor thing was probably staving, if I had been going as long as he had without blood I would have slaughtered the whole town"

"So its a male? Why would male vampire do that to my family? Aido could of been killed and worst, I would of have to deal with it and hunt it down. I don't care if it was someone closes to me or not. If Aido would of been kill, I would of have killed that being and roast it alive if I have to..." Tomoe angrily said since he had a lead that it was a male vampire. Getting up, he stretched out a bit when he softly sigh, "But what you said about slaughtering the whole town. Why didn't he do it if he had the chance to? You know something that I don't know, right?" Tomoe curiously ask wanting to know now.

Meanwhile, Aido's eyes were fixiated on the pictures. His mind was blank since he didn't really think of anything. Before and after the accident, he hasnt been thinking since his brother had left. His thoughts were blank. He only did sign language to get the day go by as if speaking to those who knows sign language. It has been about a minute later when he heard Takeshi speaking of what he had asked earlier.

"when I was little my father had me homeschooled I knew anyone other than my mother and father, your bother was the only friend I had... So I guess you could say I was obsessed "

Without thinking, he finally turn to face him. He knew that the other had softly chuckle due to his answer, but to him, it didn't make any sense until it was spoken out of his mouth. "Is that why he left me back at the place? The place to where IT followed me since the blood itself was tasty. I had a feeling that you're not telling me the truth. You're just like my brother who is quite obsessed with you. You're both keeping secrets from me and I hate that." He told him and made his way over to the door. "I'll be taking my leave first and don't you dare follow me. I need time to think about what happen and I want to be alone. I don't even know why I spoke to you in the first place. Maybe you might be one of them who lingers for blood..." Aido quietly told him as he left him there in his room.

Making his way out of the room and into the hallway, he walked past Takeshi's mother and Tomoe when he came to a stop as he heard Tomoe's voice. Turning over to Tomoe he did a sign language that he wanted to be alone. Once that was done, he left him there dumbfounded.

'I wonder what happen?' Tomoe thought when he turn to look at the woman before him. "I forgot to mention that my younger brother doesn't talk. He hasn't talk since he was 3 or 4, however, he understands and does sign languages. So please excused him. Sometimes I just don't know whats going inside his mind at all. Very hard to figure him out since he keeps that straight face..." Tomoe explained while sighing heavily knowing that something must of have gone wrong.

"Tomeo... I understand your upset, what I don't understand is why did he waste his time killing off two adults and yet spare the life of a child. Why bother going all that way looking for a meal then let one go." She said glancing out the window before looking back to Tomeo "You should probably ask him if you get the chance, I know plenty but am only limited to say so much. I do have a request?

Takeshi began to glance out the window as if something was out there, glancing over his shoulder at Aido as he spoke "well... Not exactly, I don't know, hey I didn't mean it that way-" after hearing Aido's last comment he just stood there he didn't understand what he had said that was so wrong. 'And after you spared his life this how your repaid... Pathetic you should have snapped his neck.... Would have been so quick and sudden he wouldn't have had the chance to scream for help' his thoughts echoed he blocked them out before turning his attention back to the window, whatever had been out there was gone.

Takeshi's mother looked at Aido smiling slightly watching as the boy escorted himself "no no it's quite alright I understand personal space, so unusual for a boy at such a young age.i wish I could tell you what he was think but seems he keeps his thoughts protected... Smart boy, it'll save him in the long run ."

"A request? What request would that be, Ma'am?" Tomoe had ask since he too was serious about the situation that they were in. Somehow, he had a bad feeling that something bound would happen to his brother and himself. As he waited, he heard the last of what Takeshi's mother had said. "Yes. It had save him in the long run before. That brother of mine will always be save no matter how hard you look at him..." He commented knowing that Aido had always done that to himself since they were little and the death of their father.

Aido on the other hand had made his way out and onto the street. His eyes cold as the sun shines down on them. The snow making a trail of his footings as he made his way over to the sidewalk. Each step that he had taken began melting away. By the time he had gotten to the corner of the street, he felt a strong presence nearby but decided to ignore it. For some reason, he had always been watched from behind and the only one who knew was himself. Tomoe wasn't there for him for the past few years, but somehow, something was always watching him as though it was protecting him. Sighing softly, he looks up at the cloudy blue sky when he made a turn on the corner.

'Why am I so work up just because Tomoe left me to be with him? Am I jealous because Tomoe is hiding something from me that he wouldn't want me to find out?' Aido thought but shook it away that is until he inhale the fresh scent of the cool air. 'I'm thinking too much and everything happen so fast! As I recall, why didn't IT kill me?' His eyes gazing out ahead of him as he thought about this. 'Maybe I should probably start talking again since I've kept it all to myself for so many years. I know that I am a burden to Tomoe and yet he doesn't want to admit it.' Sighs. 'I should stop thinking and block it, that way, no one could hear my thoughts. It creeps me out when that lady tries reading my mind. What is she, a psychic?' Knowing this, he decides to come to a halt. Somehow, he manages to get far enough from the house that he was in and yet, he felt so uncertain about last night that it made him think that Takeshi isn't who he really is.

"I think it would be best if Takeshi stayed the night here," she answered "Just for today you can have him back first thing tomorrow morning." She smiled while looking out the window as it began to frost up "Yes, although I do wonder what his savior looks like?" She glanced out over the tree's that began to get snow among the branches 'Keep hiding eventually you'll have to come out.' She thought.

As Takeshi's mom glanced out toward the forest the had been someone among the tree's the male hid behind the trunk to avoid being stared open by the woman he remained silent and watchful as he had always done during the remainder of the year. Once hearing the sound of crushed snow he sharpened his gaze down on Aido he had no intention of hurting the boy but rather following after him, jumping down from the branch without making as much as the snow crush underneath his feet walking among the trees staying far from the boys eye sight range.

"Sure, he could stay here. I'll take Aido with me back the house. If there's anything that goes wrong here, don't hesitate to call me..." Tomoe had said nodding his head lightly knowing that Takeshi's mother was very worried about her son. Technically, it had always been like this the moment he had met him nine years ago and thus he had to respect his family. "Also, you mean Aido has a savior or something? But it could also mean that maybe that savior is after something that we do not know of. What do you think?" he ask.

Still standing to where he had sat, he glance over his shoulders when he let out a soft sigh. Turning to face the trees that was a few feet away from him, he finally spoke. "If you're there, please come out. I can tell that you're hiding your presence but you're not doing it well enough to the point of being silent..." He quietly said as he waited for the person to come. Aido just thought that it would be best to confront the person since he was tire and annoy already. Not to mention, trouble had already begun since last night and this made him felt so uncomfortable even though he had told Takeshi about his past as well. Sighing once more, he saw the person approaching him as it now stood before him. "What are you, a vampire like him from last night? A blood sucking punk or something?" he growl eying him.

"Thank you Ill talk to him a little more about the accident, don't worry I'll call if anything goes wrong, " she assused him, "It could mean he's after something we're not aware of but at the same time they might be protecting Aido from an enemy were not aware of."

As he neared the boy he stopped in his tracks as he finally spoke up, "So you can see me? You're a special one aren't you?" He commented standing on the curb beside him as he looked straight ahead. "It's been ages since you've spoken to me, I thought you'd either forgotten about me or just couldn't see me anymore... If I had been a vampire the day I pulled you out of that lake I would have sucked you dry, although now that you bring it up I wouldn't bite you... hard."

"Thank you. I really appreciated..." Tomoe had said noting the part about talking to Takeshi about the incident. Then the next thing hit him when he heard her. "Someone's protecting my little brother? Hm...I never knew that but its weird if you ask me. My brother hardly talks but if you're right then we'll have to see it for ourselves..." he told her.

Aido blink when he saw him talk about what happen at the lake. Gazing deeply into his eyes he finally answered him. "I never forgotten that day. Indeed I would of been dead but you helped me, in return, I gave you my blood as my punishment..." he told him briefly. Turning away from him he continued on walking. "Tell me who was that blood sucking punk who killed my family. I know you were there and I know you saw everything...." he stated. "However dont appeared like you did now it'll worsen in the future. And pretend that you did not see me...." Aido quietly said and sigh heavily when his memory began to flood back into his head when that incident had happen since it happened on a snowy day.

His mother nodded "To be exact it like a contract... I'm surprised Takeshi wasn't formed one with you," she stated glancing him over she couldn't find a single bite mark on him. "Not even a nibble, shame on that boy... Would be interesting to get a look at him."

"Didn't seem like much of a punishment to me" as Aido turned away from him he scoffed slightly "Youd prefer i stay in hiding? But its so hard to admire you from a far... funny you want me to act like I haven't seen you when you shouldn't be the one able to see me, how ironic." He turned his back to the other continuing to look out toward the rode "oh come now he's not that bad."

Tomoe glanced up to look at him when he realized what she had mean. "There's a contract like that btween humans and vampires? But does that mean that my younger brother has been bitten? Impossible?" He quickly got up. "If he is and if he's being protected, how will you tell if they're protecting him or not?"

"Well it is to me. I've kept your promise of not speaking to anyone about what had happen. You promised not to follow me and yet you still are. Is my blood that tasty that you strive for more?" Aido had ask a bit irritated but some how he really missed him. "Anyways if you say that he's not that bad then why did he do it? Why did he killed them and not me. You know the reason and you do not wish to tell me..." he stated while he tried to avoid what the other had said about him finding him and not being found out. Turning himself around once more he smile when he pulled the other closely. "I've missed you..." he quietly said.

"He had to have been bitten for the contract... Now that I can not answer, I know nothing of his intentions all will reveal it's self in due time" she replied looking up to see Takeshi returning from his room "I see you've decided to come out of hiding." Takeshi glanced toward his mother then Tomeo "Yeah... Hey I'm gonna be in the kitchen do any of you want me to bring you something?" He asked "Just bring me an apple." His mother stated as Takeshi nodded "Tomeo you want anything?"

"You'd think I'd follow you around for a few drops of blood... How shallow is that? It does linger on my tongue, if that's the answer your wanting." He commented "For blood obviously I would think any Vampire would just for a taste. Why, why, why?" He asked out loud "Maybe he didn't like your scent... There's that beautiful smile I've longed to look at, I've missed you as we'll."

"You're right. I guess I should wait until when he's ready to tell me. I can assure you that he hasn't but now I'm having doubts..." Tomoe quietly said knowing that one can not judge unless one would find evidence for it. Sighing softly he turn to look at Takeshi when he briefly answer "Water would be fine for me. Thank you." He told him.

Listening to what he had said, Aido nodded his head. "I know that but that isn't the case. They're probably be looking for my brother's blood but..." he grew silent and shook it away. "Why did I even make a contract with you? I must be dreaming back then?" He softly said and when he heard him. "Hm..Do you have a place to stay? If not would you like to come and stay with me? I'm sure my brother and his lover wouldn't mind. Besides I have a feeling that they're both keeping secrets from me..." Aido had told him and took him by his hand feeling the coldness from it. He could tell that vampires have no warmth in them. That was one thing to when he had first met Takeshi. His cold eyes could just gaze and analyzed that person until he could no longer figure them out. "Let us go. I'm very mad at my brother's lover right now and I know that you know that..." he told him pulling away as he started to walk again.

Takeshi smiled slightly before going into the kitchen he made his way toward the fridge retrieving two apples and a bottle of water, then returned to the living room handing an apple to his mom and the bottle to Tomeo. Takeshi's mom shrugged slightly "I'm sure it would be best rather than questioning the boy about it," she said take a bit from the apple before noticing the disturbed look on Takeshi's face as he chewed up his apple.

"If that's not the case then he most likely felt like killing just because he can, if he want his blood He'll figure out some way of getting it." The male commented "Because after your father was gone you wanted someone to look after you and make sure no one ever hurts you, why do you ask am I not doing my job properly? If this was in fact a dream I hope you don't wake up, my home is where ever you are." He answered lifting his hand up raising it to his mouth pressing his lips against it before letting it go as Aido pulled away, "Why are you so upset with him I don't recall him physically hurting you."

"I see. Very well then I guess I shall wait. Until then, I just hope that he'll tell me sooner or later..." Tomoe had said knowing that Aido would have to tell him. About a minute later, Tomoe glanced over to Takeshi as he thanked him for the water. Opening up the water bottle he slowly dranked it. Eying Takeshi he too noticed something odd about him. "Hey did my brother said something to you?" He ask.

When the peck was made onto his hand, Aido fluster but manage to ignore it. "So you do not wish for me to wake up from this nightmare? That would be good if I dont wake up. Its not as If I exist in this world, but you know I dont have that sort of aura like you guys. It makes me sick but then again I'm glad that no one could not read me..." he happily said looking at him with a wide grin on his face. While walking further away he reluctantly answered him "He never did hurt me but he took my brother away from me when I was 11...Now that I'm older, I dont need him to watch over me, besides I have you..." he giggle and felt the snow falling down on them.

Takeshi took another bit into his apple but his facial expression still looked displeased "He just stated how he felt... I don't know what I said to make him so upset, then practically implied that I was a Vampire." Takeshi's mom took her hand rubbing his back "Oh darling... The truth hurts." She answered unsympathetically, Takeshi dropped his head before looking at his mom "gee thanks mom, makes me feel so much better" he muttered. "Takeshi that boy can see straight through us, I presume that he knows more than we think."

"If you'd like to escape this nightmare should I awaken Prince Charming with a kiss? Not the aura of a regular human, I'd prefer to call you special rather then nonexistent... I do wonder at times what goes on in that head of yours?" Hiro placed his hands in his pockets as he followed along side Aido listening as he spoke "may I ask how that made you feel... I can never seem to pick up on your emotions."

Tomoe quickly got up when he heard them. Somehow he knew that Aido knew about the vampires but it didnt quite make any sense. "How could that be true? He doesn't even know that they exist? How? Damn I have to go look for him unless...Ah never mind. But if that is what he felt what did you ask of him?" Tomoe had ask.

"Dont. I dont want that side of me to come out. Its too fierce some..." Aido quietly said as he walked on. His mind still blank when he came to another stop. "My mind and emotion have always been like this. I dont think and my emotion has always been a straight face since my father's death. Nothing more nothing less." He explained. "Say do you like me this way or do you prefer him? Your so call Prince Charming." Aido was a bit confuse but he manage to say to him anyways.

Takeshi thought to himself trying remember what was the main reason for the uproar "He asked me if I was obsessed with you, I replied yes then asked me if that's why you left him?" Takeshi answered before looking to Tomeo. "Was that wrong of me to say?"

"I'd love to tamper with that side sometime, is it because you feel nothing or you just don't want other to know how you feel?" Hiro asked Standing behind Aido "hmmm... I find you much more fun to tease but the prince much more fun to toy with." He answered.

Tomoe blink as he heard him. Sighing softly he made his over to him and embraced him. "I never thought he would say something like that to you. Hm at least we now know how he feels. I'll talk to him when I see him. He must be really upset amd its not your fault..." he gently soothe him. Indeed why would it be Takeshi's fault? It was himself that had made Aido this way. Even before that as well. Still hugging him he lifted up his chin and leaned in to kiss him.

"I see so he's more of a toy to you than a Prince Charming. And its not funny to tease me Hiro..." Aido pouted as he took a look around the area that they were in. "However it has been awhile since he had came out. Do you wish for him to come then?" He ask as he waited since he hadn't let the other out for a long time. "And its not good when you tampered me. And yes I hate it when they know my feelings.I rather keep them to myself..."

Takeshi stiffened as he blushed faintly while he was hugged easing his head down on Tomeo's shoulder resting it there 'I'm so sorry for what I've done' he thought trying to hug Tomeo back but couldn't bring himself to do so, as his chin was lifted up and Tomeo leaned in to kiss him for once Takeshi pulled away "not in front of my mother" was his excuse. "Oh please, it's not as if I can't hear or see other things you do... Just because your miles away doesn't mean I still can't hear you two." She replied making her way into the kitchen to throw away her apple core.

"I care for you both equally," he restated "of course it is...." Hiro answered reaching out to caress Aido's cheek before giving it a slight tug "with an adorable face like this I can't help teasing. Very long indeed, it would be nice to see him once more. Well I like to know how you feel."

Tomoe pulled back when he saw how the other was acting. "But your mother doesn't mind see...?" He pointed to her who she was now talking about the two of them. Chuckling a bit he walked over to the door, "I guess I should get going. It's already late in the afternoon and Takeshi, take care!" He smile, "Before I leave, I'm using your car since our place is far from here..." He told him grabbing the keys that he had hung earlier. Knowing this, he wave at him, "Don't do anything out of the ordinary without me being there..." Tomoe grin and walked out the door leaving the two of them there inside the house.

"If you truly care then stop teasing! Its quite embarrassing you know?" Aido quickly said. He never thought that Hiro would still tease him after all these years. Indeed it has been several years since the last time he'd been tease. Sighing softly, Aido nodded his head, "Very well, I will let him out to enjoy the nice cool air. Just don't do anything rash or else you might regret it..." He giggle. "I'll see you later!" he smile and soon his eyes began to close when his hair began to change into a different form of color.

Opening up his eyes, he let out a soft yawn when he saw Hiro right in front of him. Rubbing his eyes he smile, "Ah, hello Hiro. It's been awhile..." he softly said to him still tire from all those years of sleeping. "Did you do something to Aido or something? Is that why he let me out?" he ask.

Takeshi watched as Tomeo waved goodbye to him he was hesitant slowly waving back at him, once the door was closed Takeshi's hand dropped to his side causing him to sigh deeply before his mother touched his shoulder then began to feel his forehead "I've noticed you've been looking paler than usually." "I'm just not eating as well as I use to" Takeshi answered.
"Why is that?"
"I just can't stomach it, it all taste the same now."
"What's the flavor?"
".... Dirt as soon as I put something in my mouth all I taste is dirt."
His mother ran her fingers through his hair "oh sweetie you're bodies just starting to reject regular food."
"What is that suppose to mean?"
"Eventually you just won't be able to eat it much longer."

Hiro removed his hand from Aido's cheek with a smirk "Fine then next time I'll just go right in for it instead of asking" he assured the other, "You have my word I'll be on my best behavior" he smiled "Much sooner than you think, seven years exactly. I teased him for a few moments that is all, then called him Prince Charming he did the rest. How was your slumber?"
